Happy Hound Adisham Dog Walking Field wants all visitors (Dogs and Human) to enjoy using our field, but please observe the following terms and conditions to ensure your own safety and that of your Dog(s):
On your first visit customers must ensure the Field is suitable and secure for their specific use. In particular, the height of the fenced and materials used to secure the field. Please check all gates are closed.

We reserve the right to alter the pricing structure for use of the Field without notice.
Booking, Payment, & Cancellations
Use of the Field is strictly by appointment only. We would prefer you to book online but please contact us to discuss if this is not possible. Payment must be made in advance via our online booking system before using the Field.
Any breach of this condition will lead to your permitted use of the Field being permanently revoked.
When making your booking you must give honest, accurate details of the number of dogs attending the booking. Any changes to these details before the booking takes place must be notified in advance.
Please do not arrive at the field until it is your appointment time. There is a buffer of 15 minutes between each slot to ensure plenty of time between each appointment.
If for any reason you arrive early please DO NOT enter the parking area or crowd the gate until it is your appointment time and the person before you have left.
Your booking time includes the time required for you to secure your dog(s) and return them to your vehicle. Please always be aware of the time and Customers must ensure that they vacate the car park no later than the end time of their booking. Failure to ensure that other customers are not kept waiting to use the Field may lead to the withdrawal of the facility for your use.
Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
If you cannot attend your booking for whatever reason you may prefer to simply move the booking to an alternative date and time, please contact us if you need help.

Numbers of Cars, People and Dogs
Use of the field is subject to a maximum of 2 vehicle being present within the secure field designated car park for the duration of your booking.
Please do not drive on the grass inside the dog field.
Please ensure the gate(s) is fully closed and secure before letting your dog out of the vehicle and do not let off the lead until you have entered the second gate.
We accept no liability for any damage or loss sustained whilst customers are in the car park.
Entering and Exiting the Field
Should you enter the Field later than the time of your booking this will not alter the end time of your booking. You should ensure that you vacate the site on time so as not to cause any delay to others waiting to commence their booking.
Withdrawal of Facility
We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our discretion. For example, based on weather conditions, or where individuals have not complied with the conditions of use. Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded. However, we shall be under no liability for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as result of the use of the facility being withdrawn at our sole discretion.

Facilities, Maintenance & Health & Safety
The field is a countryside-based facility and as such although maintained by us, there may be branches and stones, uneven ground, holes, mud and leaves in the Field.
There is no light, toilet or water facility available on site.
The Field will be inspected to ensure it is tidy and secure but please notify us if you have any concerns.
Customers must pick up any faeces from your dog(s). Anyone found to disregard this condition may have their permission to use the Field withdrawn. Bins are provided to dispose of your dog faeces.
Owners must discourage their dog(s) from digging and any resultant holes from your dog(s) digging must be filled in prior to leaving the Field. Unless they are digging in authorised areas.
The Field may get wet and muddy (especially in the winter months) so customers must ensure adequate and suitable footwear is always worn.
You must remove all your personal items on leaving the Field as this could cause a choking hazard to other dogs. Please do not leave litter or broken toys. All toys belonging to the field should be placed back into the crate provided at the end of your booking.
Any children must always be supervised, no swinging on gates/fences, no ball games unless of the doggy kind are permitted.
We do not accept liability for any accidents or injuries.
The customer shall not bring into the Field any inflammables or explosive materials.
The customer will not operate the release of any high-flying object. The surrounding farmland is grazed by cattle, please ensure no objects are launched over the fences. Please inform us immediately if you believe an object may be beyond the Field boundary.
At no time should any dog(s) be tethered to any structures or equipment on site, e.g. fencing, posts, gates & benches.
You must not climb on gates, fencing or posts.
Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog(s) to ensure that you are aware of what they are doing, that they are safe and are complying with these terms and conditions.
Within the Field you may have the use of a small set of agility jumps, tunnels, dog walk and weave poles – All this equipment is to be used at your own risk – no puppies under the age of 12 months are allowed to use this equipment.
In accordance with the law regarding ‘Responsible Dog Ownership’ you are entirely responsible for yours and your dog(s) safety whilst using the Field. The law states that you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times.
Right of Entry
Our staff will be allowed access at any time onto the land to carry out inspections and only decisions made by us regarding safety and fitness of use, will be binding.
We reserve the right to refuse permission to or evict any persons from the Field.
Code of Ethics
Owners must ensure that all dogs using the field are up to date with their dog(s) respective flea, worming, and tick control.
Harsh handling of any dog(s) either verbal or physical is not allowed.
All dogs must wear their collars with an up to date tag and be micro-chipped.
If your dog(s) or any dog(s) (they) live with are showing any signs of ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general illness, lethargy etc) you will cancel any pending booking. This is to preserve the health of all dogs visiting the site as some may have weakened immune systems.
All dog(s) must be on a lead when not in the secure Field area, specifically they must be on a lead when in the car park on entry and exit of the Field.
Emergencies
We have the right to cancel any booking forthwith in the event that we are affected by an emergency / ‘Act of God’ at any time. We will refund any fees paid in these circumstances.
Personal Responsibilities
We and the landowner are not responsible and will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or death howsoever and by whomsoever caused excepting that caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct us or our employees, whether to property, dogs, or person(s) sustained whilst at the Field.
Declarations
I agree to abide by these rules, terms and conditions, and accept that the use of these facilities is at my own risk and mine, my associates/family/friends and my dogs behaviour and actions are my sole responsibility and no claim can be made against us or the landowner.
I accept that Happy Hound Adisham Dog Walking Field will not be liable for any liability, losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred by the customer through hiring the use of the Field.
When group walks/dog parties/training classes/clubs take place where there are more than 1 owner with dogs, it is agreed that 1 person shall make the booking and ensure that all attendees abide by the terms and conditions of the booking.

Personal Information
Your personal information is only collected when you fill out a form or make a booking. Users of this site visit it anonymously, and personal information is only collected when it is given voluntarily via a form or booking. When contacting us via the contact form, you will be asked for your name and email address so that we can respond to an enquiry and address you personally. When making a booking for the dog field, you will be asked for your title, first name, surname, phone number and email address. This is so that we can contact you regarding your booking and process your payment.
